1. Acceptance
By using novaqore.tech you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.
2. The site
novaqore.tech is informational. It exists to describe the lab and the work we do. The Novaqore AI product (chat.novaqore.ai) operates under its own terms.
3. Engagements
Applied engagements (web systems, VoIP, advisory, integrations) are governed by individual project agreements. Those agreements take precedence over anything on this site.
4. Third-party services
Some engagements involve third parties such as RingCentral, cloud providers, and hosting platforms. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes those third parties make.
5. Intellectual property
Upon completion and payment, clients own the project deliverables produced for them. Novaqore retains rights to its general methods, frameworks, and any pre-existing intellectual property.
6. No warranties
The site and any informational content are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
7. Liability
Our liability for anything connected to this site is limited to the amount, if any, you have paid us. For project engagements, the project agreement governs.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
