// About the lab

A small lab. A long horizon. The right partners.

NovaQore is an independent research and development lab. We work alongside companies, founders, and research teams on post-quantum cryptography, secure IoT, and applied AI. We do it quietly, deliberately, and for the long arc.

// Thesis

Privacy and trust are infrastructure.

The systems being built today assume a world that no longer exists. Phones in pockets, sensors in walls, models in the cloud. The cryptography that secured the last decade will not secure the next one. The trust models we inherited break under the weight of new compute, new attackers, and new expectations.

NovaQore exists to build what comes next. Sometimes alone. More often with a partner team. We work on the unglamorous, durable, foundational layers: post-quantum primitives, secure provisioning for fleets of devices, encrypted inference for private AI. The kind of work that doesn't make headlines but quietly underwrites everything else.

Our flagship application, Novaqore AI, is what happens when those layers are wired together end-to-end: a private LLM, encrypted on-device with CRYSTALS-Kyber, with no logs and no retention.

// How we operate

Four principles, kept short on purpose.

Research first

We read the papers, then we write the code. Then we read the papers again. Real engineering needs real grounding.

Ship to learn

Theory only matters if it survives contact with production. Every piece of research has a deployment target.

Adversarial defaults

We assume things will be attacked, abused, and misconfigured, because they will be. Privacy is a property of the design.

Selective partnerships

We take on a small number of engagements at a time. Not a consultancy. A partner. We choose the work and the people that compound.

One inbox for everything.

A small lab keeps a small surface area. Research, advisory, and applied engagements all start at the same address.
